Job summary

BPI AIA Life Assurance Corporation is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join its bancassurance team in Cebu City. You will solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell products, and maintain strong relationships with branch staff to generate leads and revenue.

Role requires Bachelor's degree and strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven sales experience. You will work a Monday–Friday dayshift, with training and company-provided tools to support field activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong experience in sales.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA and its affiliates.
• Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified products to the bank's customers.
• Establish, grow relationships with bank officers and staff to generate bancassurance leads.
• Liaise between customers and back office for policy servicing and claims.
• Submit required reports in a timely manner.
• Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner.
• Report and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for updates.
• Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate supervisor.

• Report and meet weekly with Bancassurance Area Manager, Branch Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for production updates and marketing campaigns
• Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate supervisor
