Job summary

Toyota Balintawak Inc. is seeking a BP Technician (Body & Paint Technician) to perform vehicle body repairs and paint works, restoring units to their original condition.

You will assess damage, repair or replace panels, prepare surfaces, apply paint, ensure color matching and a high-quality finish, and work closely with Service Advisors, Job Controllers and Quality Control to complete repair orders safely and on time. This is an on-site position in Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Perform body repair works such as denting, panel replacement, and alignment
• Prepare vehicles for painting (sanding, masking, priming)
• Apply paint using proper techniques and equipment
• Ensure color matching and quality finish
• Follow safety standards and proper use of tools and materials
• Complete assigned repair orders within standard time

Job Description

The BP Technician is responsible for performing vehicle body repairs and paint works to restore units to their original condition. The role includes assessing damage, repairing or replacing body panels, preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finish in accordance with company standards and safety procedures. The BP Technician works closely with Service Advisors, Job Controllers, and Quality Control to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of repair orders.
