Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying or related civil/construction projects.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys to establish legal property boundaries based on deeds and titles.
• Record survey results including shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions.
• Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and terrain characteristics.
• Prepare survey-related documents including data, charts, and maps.
• Write detailed property boundary descriptions for use in legal documents.
• Plan and conduct ground surveys for geodetic measurements.
• Coordinate findings with engineering, architectural teams, and clients.
• Train and supervise assistants in survey and drafting tasks.
