88 Aces Maritime Services in Manila seeks a Bosun to lead deck operations, supervise crew, and ensure safe cargo handling and vessel maintenance. You will apply strong leadership and ropework skills to maintain equipment readiness and comply with SOLAS, MARPOL, and flag state regulations.

Key duties include supervision of mooring, anchoring, and ballast activities, plus maintaining deck stores and promoting high standards of teamwork and housekeeping onboard.

Formación

Essential knowledge includes SOLAS, MARPOL, and flag state regulations.
Experience leading deck operations and supervising crew.
Knowledge of ropework, knots, splices, and line handling.

Responsabilidades

Assist in cargo, ballast, mooring, and anchoring operations.
Plan and oversee deck maintenance and equipment readiness.
Maintain inventory of deck stores and supervise crew for safety and compliance.
