Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for customer for any technical queries and lead the project.
• Prepare high-level design docs and technical design documents alongside developing integration processes with high quality.
• Assign and track deliverables of your team and ensure timely execution.
• Make recommendations to optimize performance and prevent future problems.
