Job summary

Iris Software, Inc. in Noida is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to build and maintain enterprise middleware solutions. You will design REST/SOAP services, develop APIs, and implement microservices to ensure scalable connectivity across systems.

The role requires 3-5 years of experience with middleware tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, and Kafka, with strong emphasis on API security and system integration best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise integration solutions using middleware platforms.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP service integrations per requirements.
• Develop APIs and integration services for application connectivity.
• Implement Microservices and SOA for scalable integration solutions.
• Develop and support messaging with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
• Configure workflows, routing, transformation, and service communication.
• Apply API security controls and support identity integration needs.
• Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise integration solutions using any middleware technologies such as Akka, MuleSoft, Boomi, BizTalk, TIBCO, Sterling Integration, SailPoint IIQ, or equivalent platforms.
• Design and implement service integrations using REST and SOAP-based web services aligned with business requirements.
• Develop APIs and integration services supporting application-to-application and enterprise system connectivity.
• Implement Microservices and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles to support scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
• Develop and support messaging and event-driven integration solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, SQS, Azure Service Bus, or similar messaging technologies.
• Configure and maintain integration workflows, message routing, transformation, orchestration, and service communication processes.
• Implement security controls for APIs, services, and integration interfaces to ensure secure system interactions.
• Support identity and access-related integration requirements where applicable.
• Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and root cause analysis activities.
• Monitor integration services and support operational stability, reliability, and performance.
• Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to support successful integration solution delivery.
• Ensure integration solutions are reliable, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability while delivering high-quality integration solutions.
