Iris Software, Inc. is seeking an experienced QA Automation professional for Noida/Gurugram/Pune locations. You will define automation strategy, build frameworks, and lead SDET teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide test automation strategy aligned with goals, scalability requirements, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive adoption of automation-first and shift-left testing approaches across projects for early defect detection and improved quality.
• Establish standards, governance models, frameworks, and best practices for SDET teams across multiple programs.
• Lead multiple cross-functional teams delivering scalable, high-quality automation solutions across platforms.
• Define, track, and improve KPIs and quality metrics related to automation coverage, defect leakage, and release quality.
• Drive innovation in test automation including AI/ML-based testing, self-healing frameworks, and advanced analytics.
• Provide strategic leadership, mentoring, and direction to engineering teams fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
