Job Title: US Bookkeeper

Location: Clark, Pampanga | Tarlac City | IT Park, Cebu City

Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday

Work Arrangement: Onsite

About the Role
  • Accurately categorize client transactions within QuickBooks Online.
  • Record journal entries as requested by clients or our onshore team.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable by recording bills and invoices.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of bank and credit card statements.
  • Generate and provide initial analysis of financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.
  • Assist with cash flow management by maintaining predicted cash inflows and outflows using QuickBooks Planner.
  • Support the team with other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed.
About You
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience, with a focus on working with US small business clients.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with QuickBooks Online
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, for clear communication with clients and team members.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP.
  • Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word) and other productivity tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client deadlines.
  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.
