Role: Bookkeeper
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 6:00am to 3:00pm, Philippine Time
Work Setup: Work Onsite
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable & receivable with precision.
- Conduct bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy every step of the way.
- Oversee payroll & SGC compliance, month-end processes, and balance sheet analysis.
- Take on IAS & BAS preparation and year-end processing making a real difference to clients and our team.
Role Requirements
- Must have Australian bookkeeping experience in a practice environment
- 3+ years in bookkeeping in a public practice setting.
- 3+ years in Xero payroll
- Solid knowledge in payroll, BAS, IAS, TPAR, payroll tax returns, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Xero expertise (experience with other cloud platforms is a bonus).
- Strong reconciliation skills, end-to-end AP/AR experience, and a proactive approach to client relationships.
- Proficiency in accounting software and general bookkeeping knowledge
- Strong skills in financial reporting and account reconciliation
- Experience with invoicing, payroll processing, and balance sheet reconciliation
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant certifications in bookkeeping or accounting are a plus
- Experience in a Practice environment preferred
