- Prepare and process invoices, official receipts, and payment vouchers
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Maintain accurate filing of financial documents and records
- Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government requirements
- Coordinate with external accountants or auditors when needed
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel
- Understanding of Philippine tax laws and statutory contributions is an advantage
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
- Good Strong organizational and time-management skills
