Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Blue Yonder WMS Functional Analyst in Metro Manila to deliver and support WMS solutions. The role covers configuration, implementation, and hands-on troubleshooting to optimize warehouse performance.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to design workflows, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure smooth integrations with WCS systems such as AS/RS and AGV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in WMS/LOGISTICS.
• Hands-on Blue Yonder (PrIME 2014 & 2022) with WMS functional/technical expertise.
• Strong config, integration, and performance troubleshooting skills.
• Deep understanding of inbound, outbound, and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert-level configuration, implementation, and support for Blue Yonder WMS.
• Perform root cause analysis and defect resolution using Trace Profiler.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to design and test workflows.
• Lead system integration and troubleshooting for end-to-end warehouse functionality.
• Provide functional expertise across warehouse operations (receiving, shipping, cross-docking).
• Coordinate with WCS (AS/RS, AGV) to ensure seamless integration.
• Document configurations, workflows, and issue resolutions for continuous improvement.
• Participate in project go-lives, post-deployment enhancements, and mentorship.

• We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder WMS Functional Analyst with deep expertise in Blue Yonder (PrIME 2014 & 2022).
• The ideal candidate will possess both technical and functional knowledge of warehouse management systems, with hands-on experience in system integration, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
• This role will focus on delivering and supporting Blue Yonder WMS solutions, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating with clients to enhance warehouse performance and efficiency.
• Deliver expert-level configuration, implementation, and support for Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and defect resolution, including detailed diagnostics using Trace Profiler.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design, test, and implement workflows that align with operational requirements.
• Lead system integration and troubleshooting to ensure optimal end-to-end warehouse functionality.
• Provide functional expertise across warehouse operations, including receiving, outbound shipping, cross-docking, and workflow management.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) such as ASRS, AGV, and APAL to ensure seamless process integration.
• Document configurations, workflows, and issue resolutions to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in project implementations, go-live support, and post-deployment enhancements.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting best practices and solution consistency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on WMS performance and optimization.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in the relevant industries.
• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (PrIME 2014 & 2022) with relevant WMS functional and technical expertise.
• Strong technical proficiency in system configuration, integration, and performance troubleshooting.
• In-depth functional understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory processes.
