Job summary

LaVie is seeking a diligent Bingo Card Custodian to issue, activate, and manage bingo cards, safeguarding cardholder information, and delivering timely customer support in line with company policies. You will maintain accurate records, monitor inventory, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work shifting schedules, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or records handling is preferred.
• Experience with gaming operations is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Issuing new cards to customers and activating them in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate records of all issued and activated cards.
• Managing card inventory levels and ordering cards as needed.
• Responding to customer inquiries and requests related to card accounts.
• Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or errors related to card accounts.
• Following all regulatory requirements related to card issuance and usage.
• Maintaining a high level of security and confidentiality for all cardholder information.
• Collaborating with other departments within the organization to ensure smooth and efficient card services.
