About the Role

Digital Engineering Professionals (DEP) is seeking experienced and driven BIM talent to join our growing team in Pasig. We’re hiring across multiple levels and disciplines: BIM Managers, BIM Specialists, Modelers, and Tekla Rebar Detailers.

What You'll Do

For Revit-Based BIM Roles (Architectural / Structural / MEP):

• Develop and manage coordinated BIM models at LOD 350–500.

• Produce 2D deliverables (plans, sections, details) directly from models.

• Lead interdisciplinary coordination to detect and resolve clashes.

• Maintain compliance with project BEPs and client data standards.

• Provide support, mentoring, and QA/QC for modeling teams.

• Participate in progress reviews, design coordination, and IFC exports.

For Tekla Rebar Detailers:

• Produce detailed, constructible rebar models and shop drawings.

• Ensure accuracy of BBS and placement sequences.

• Coordinate with structural and construction teams for on-site feasibility.

• Comply with standard rebar coding, bar layering, and IFC integration workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Architecture, Civil, or Building Engineering (or equivalent)

• At least 3 years’ professional experience in BIM modeling or detailing

• Proficiency in one or more of the following:

  • Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP)

  • Navisworks, Dynamo, ACC, BIM 360, or COBie workflows (a plus)

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and data integrity

• Knowledge of construction sequencing, LOD definitions, and project collaboration tools
