Job summary

BIMCAP is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to join its international BIM outsourcing team. You will create and refine MEPF models (LOD100-500), read and produce architectural and MEP drawings, and perform clash detections while coordinating across disciplines.

You will work with international BIM standards and ISO19650 practices. The role emphasizes hands-on use of BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud in a hybrid work setup, with English fluency and strong attention to detail as core

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture or Engineering).
• 3 years BIM Modeller experience; 5 years for BIM Coordinator is a plus.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office; Sketchup/Rhino a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Graduate of BS Architecture, BS Engineering, BS Mechanical/Electrical, or related fields.
• Years of Experience:
• 3 years for BIM Modeller
• 5 years for BIM Coordinator
• Hands-on experience with Point Cloud Projects and Autodesk ReCap Pro is a definite advantage!
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office. Experience with Sketchup, Rhino, or other modeling software is a plus.
• Experience with Revit MEPF and landscaping? That's a bonus!
• Strong communicator, fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills, always spotting potential errors and seeking better solutions.
• Adaptable to different project types, team sizes, and workflows.
