Job summary

Megawide Construction Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a BIM Coordinator to gather information from plans, elevations, sections, and specifications in preparation of the model and to generate 3D models for BIM coordination meetings with respect to other departments.

You will prepare and submit the Coordination Data Report prior to excavation works, coordinate with other disciplines, secure all BIM models, presentations, and documents in the Storage System, and assist in organizing

Responsibilities

• Gather information such as plans, elevations, sections, specification and other related data in preparation of the model.
• Generate 3D model based on approved FCD and/or content for BIM coordination meeting with regards to the requirements of other department/unit.
• Prepare and submit the Coordination Data Report before the excavation works collaboration and coordination with other discipline.
• Secure all created BIM models, presentation, reports & documents per projects are properly stored and registered through Storage System.
• Responsible in preparing reports and documents required by the Head/Management.
• Responsible for the organization of views, sheets, drawing list and print set.
