Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking a BIM Modeler – Revit MEP to independently develop and manage BIM models, focusing on accurate mechanical representations and adherence to BIM standards. You will coordinate with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines to ensure integrated models meet project requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, timely updates, and contributions to BIM best practices in a fast-paced hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Revit MEP and BIM modeling.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination practices.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Junior: 1–2 years BIM modeling experience.
• Intermediate: 2–4 years BIM modeling experience with coordination of complex models.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and manage BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Create and maintain accurate mechanical models per project requirements and BIM standards.
• Coordinate mechanical designs with other disciplines for seamless model integration.
• Review, refine, and update BIM models to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Identify and address modeling or coordination issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to BIM process improvements and best practices.
