Job summary

International Facility Engineering Pte Ltd seeks a skilled BIM Modeler to render expertise in high-tech semiconductor and pharmaceutical facilities. The role covers drawing for conceptual design and tendering using AutoCAD, and drafting across architectural, structural, cleanroom, electrical, instrumentation and control, mechanical, and space management disciplines.

The candidate should have extensive BIM-Revit experience, be capable of reading PFD/PID/Schematic drawings, and work under tight

Qualifications

• 8 years BIM-Revit experience for mechanical, process systems in industrial buildings and cleanrooms.
• Proficient in architectural, structural, MEP modeling and coordination.
• Ability to read PFD, PID and schematic drawings from multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings for conceptual design and tendering using AutoCAD.
• Draft architectural, structural, cleanroom, electrical, instrumentation and control, mechanical and space management drawings.
• Create AutoCAD standalone and combined service drawings (2D schematic, PID, SLD, PFD, details, sections, layout).
• Model in Revit for Architecture, Structure, and MEP.
• Update as-built drawings to match completed projects.
• Prepare and review rough sketches with the engineering team.
• Ensure designs comply with BIM/CAD standards and quality requirements.
• Gather data, visit sites to capture measurements.

Job description

We are seeking BIM Modeler to render your expertise in the High-Tech Semi-Conductors and Pharmaceutical Industry.

- Prepare drawing for conceptual design, tendering with AutoCAD software

- Able to draft in the field of Architectural, Structural,Cleanroom, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control,Mechanical (HVAC,Exhaust,Chilled Water, Fire Protection, Process Cooling Water),Process (Bulk Gases, Specialty Gases, Chemicals, UPW, WWT, Process Drains) and Space Management (Coordination)..

- Able to perform AutoCAD individual service drawing and combined services drawing (2D schematic, PID, SLD, PFD, Details, Section and Layout)

- Knowledge in Revit Modelling in the either areas of Architecture, Structure and MEP

- Able to perform drawing without sketches

- Update maintain and check as-built drawings submitted by contractors to match with the completed projects.

- Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering team.

- Ensure final designs comply with project BIM/CAD standards and quality standards.

- Obtain and assemble data to complete designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary.

- Able to read and understand PFD, PID and Schematic Drawings

- Able to handle the concurrent ongoing project and work under tight deadlines and pressure.

- Independent, well organized,and able to work with minimum supervision.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have 8 years of experience in BIM-Revit to create BIM models for Mechanical, Process systems in industrial buildings, facilities, and Cleanrooms. Working experience with 2D CAD drawings will be an added advantage.

You should be able to read and understand Layout, PFD, PID, and Schematic Drawings from various disciplines (cleanroom, mechanical, electrical, piping, and cabling). You should be able to handle concurrent ongoing projects and work under tight deadlines and pressure. You should be able to perform drawing without sketches.

You should be able to work independently, be well organized, able to work with minimum supervision and possess a positive team attitude and interpersonal effectiveness.
