The role requires a BS Accounting or related degree, good communication and MS Office skills, and willingness to work full-time in Brgy. Matina Crossing, Davao City. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with 2–3 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or related course.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• 2–3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities; willing to work in Davao City.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly DSO budget and KPI targets.
• Manage Accounts Receivable balances and contact customers before overdue.
• Identify slow-moving accounts and recover delinquent debts.
• Monitor customer credit limits and assess credit worthiness of new clients.
• Track Field Collectors performance and productivity.
• Handle disputed bills and negotiate to meet agreed terms.
• Prepare reminder letters and ensure timely actions per SOPs.
• Maintain good business relationships to improve customer retention and DSO.
