The role focuses on reducing overdue balances while maintaining strong customer relationships in Kalawaan, Pasig City. The ideal candidate holds a BS Accountancy, has 2–3 years of relevant experience, and demonstrates excellent communication, negotiation, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or related course.
• At least 2–3 years of work-related experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications.
• Good negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of monthly DSO budget and other KPI targets.
• Manage accounts receivable balance; contact customers before balances become overdue.
• Identify slow moving accounts and escalate delinquent debts for case management.
• Monitor customer credit limits and assess credit worthiness of new clients.
• Monitor Field Collectors performance and productivity.
• Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payments within terms.
• Prepare reminder letters and maintain customer relationships to improve retention and DSO.
• Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly following SOPs and 2/24 promise.
• Resolve billing and payment issues promptly.
