Job Description

• Provides support to ensure all billing schedules are strictly followed.
• Minimizes and eliminates delays in billing processes.
• Processes billing and reconciles conflicts based on contracts.
• Allocates the correct figures to be paid by clients.
• Prepares balance sheets for outstanding client balances.
• Maintains records of billing and claims through filing.
• Follows up on collections via phone calls.

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Operations Management, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and documents.
• Willing to be assigned in Pasay.
• Can start immediately.
