Job summary

CO Careers is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to process customer payments, reconcile daily deposits, and support merchant service inquiries. The role requires AR knowledge, strong data entry skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

The position is on-site at Clark Pampanga with a night shift schedule (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT). Responsibilities include applying payments through treasury systems, reconciling deposits, handling chargebacks, posting monthly fees,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• AR processes knowledge and vendor/customer inquiries handling.
• Proficient in spreadsheet, word processing, and database software.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments and reconcile deposits.
• Apply payments to invoices using treasury systems.
• Enter and reconcile daily payment batches for data accuracy.
• Forward partial/excess payments to AR for follow-up.
• Research and respond to merchant service inquiries and chargebacks.
• Post monthly merchant service fees and summarize activity.
• Reconcile deposits with GL and bank accounts.
• Prepare daily credit card activity summaries by type and merchant account.
• Assist with cash reconciliation and related research tasks.
• Assist AR with payment application and data entry tasks.
