Job summary

Photolock Inc. is seeking a Mandarin-speaking liaison to support warehouse operations, translate materials, and communicate with Filipino-speaking staff. You will assist in daily sales operations and ensure accurate documentation and inventory records while collaborating with team members in Mandarin, English, and Filipino.

The role requires college-level education or a degree, with opportunities to participate in meetings and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write in Mandarin.
• Must be a College Graduate or at least College Level.
• Assist the Supervisor in managing daily operation in sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
• Translate written materials from Mandarin to English/Filipino and vice versa to support Warehouse operations.
• Assist in communicating instructions to Filipino-speaking staff.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate documentations and inventory records.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions in both Mandarin and English/Filipino.
