Job summary

Mecer Consulting Limited in the Philippines seeks an experienced Sales Leader to drive strategy, expand the customer base, and build long-term client partnerships. You will lead recruitment, training, and motivation of the sales team while ensuring targets are met and profitability improves.

You will monitor performance data, forecast growth, and coordinate daily operations to align with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Accounting, Management, Banking, Economics, or related business field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience.
• B2 level Spanish proficiency, written and spoken, to support client interactions and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company with a strong understanding of its products and services while identifying client needs and aligning appropriate solutions.
• Leads recruitment, training, coaching, and motivation of sales teams, ensuring targets are met and continuously improving capabilities and sales effectiveness.
• Develops and executes strategic sales plans to expand the customer base, generate leads, and build long-term client relationships.
• Monitors and analyzes sales performance data, tracks key metrics, and uses insights to forecast growth, improve profitability, and identify new opportunities.
• Oversees daily sales operations, including setting goals, team check-ins, resolving customer and staffing issues, and ensuring quotas and standards are achieved.
• Reviews operational and financial reports, manages closing processes, and coordinates sales activities to support business objectives.
• Demonstrates B2 level Spanish communication skills to support interactions and business expansion.
