J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines is seeking a Mandarin-Japanese Sales Assistant Analyst to drive new business and support key accounts in the manufacturing sector. Based in Bataan, the role requires fluency in Mandarin, Japanese and English, with a willingness to work on-site and develop sales strategies, client relationships, and pricing negotiations for plastic injection molding solutions.

Salary ranges from PHP 30,000 to 70,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Mandarin, Japanese and English spoken at conversational to proficient level.
• Open to undergraduates with relevant manufacturing experience.
• Sales-manager experience preferred.
• Experience in injection molding or precision manufacturing a big plus.
• Open to other manufacturing industries.
• Willing to work on-site in Bataan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the company's customer base in the manufacturing industry.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with local and international clients, particularly Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, suppliers, and business partners.
• Communicate and negotiate with Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients regarding product specifications, pricing, quotations, sales agreements, and delivery schedules.
• Promote the company's plastic injection molding products, components, and manufacturing capabilities to potential customers.
• Serve as a liaison between Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients and local management to facilitate effective communication and business coordination.
