Job summary

Genpact is seeking a BCM operations specialist to support day-to-day activities, ensure accurate processing, and maintain strong control over reconciliations and reporting. You will collaborate with internal teams to uphold compliance and risk management in a dynamic banking environment.

Ideal candidates have BCM-related education and certifications, with focus on fraud, AML, and financial regulations. Office-based role in the Philippines with a focus on process excellence and operational risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce, Economics or Finance or MBA in Business Administration
• Certifications such as CAMS, CFP, CFE, CRISC or CORP are relevant to BCM risk & compliance
• Experience in BCM operations and risk/control awareness is preferred

Job Description

Responsibilities: Support day‑to‑day operational activities within Banking and Capital Markets (BCM), ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist in processing transactions, reconciliations, and reporting tasks as per defined procedures. Help monitor operational risks and elevate issues in line with compliance and control guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of core operational processes. Maintain documentation and records related to operational activities and controls. Participate in periodic reviews and support audit‑related activities as required. Stay informed about basic regulatory requirements and operational updates relevant to BCM.
