The role is based in Manila office.

Your role in our team

  • Directly reporting to Infra Senior Secretary / Business Administrator
  • To provide bids support to Infrastructure Group.
  • Regular contact with Cost Center / Business Leads, Business & Market Leads and Infra Senior Secretary / Business Administrator
  • Regular contact with other engineers / professionals within own discipline across the firm.
  • Assist in conducting searches for new leads including EOIs, RFPs, and RFQs
  • Collaborate with team members to develop proposals and client qualifications.
  • Provides support with bids and business development, preparing and coordinating inputs.
  • Assists in different kinds of CV formatting & bid forms completions.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of new tasks on a project-by-project basis.
  • Other bid tasks that may ask from time to time.

Is this role right for you?

  • Bachelor’s degree (open to all majors – business, engineering, marketing etc)
  • At least 3 years’ experience of working in pursuits and bids in the Consulting / Construction industry.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Must have collaboration skills and a proactive attitude, with an ability to work within a team environment and with staff of all levels
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple deadlines with great attention to detail.
  • Knowledge in CRM is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite : InDesign, Photoshop is an advantage.
