Job summary

WPP Media in Manila is seeking a Manager of the Biddable Campaign Delivery to oversee the end-to-end campaign management process across agencies and clients. You will coordinate with Planners and buying teams to ensure timely delivery, KPI achievement, and cross-practice collaboration.

The role emphasizes knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and developing scalable recommendations, with a hybrid work pattern requiring presence in the office about four days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end campaign management within a multi-agency environment.
• Ability to compile media recommendations and QA against briefs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across planners and buying teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end campaign brief, delivery and closure.
• Serve as the key contact on brief delivery and coordinate with Planners.
• Monitor KPI delivery across cross-practice levels.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and learning around POVs, trends and skills.
• Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Develop broader biddable strategic recommendations to scale impact.
