A leading company seeks a Proposal Coordinator to manage bid submissions and stakeholder relationships. The role requires extensive experience in proposal management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. What will you do?
Coordinate proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, solutioning, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and project delivery
Manage and coordinate stakeholder relationships the Sales Marketing and Delivery organization.
Support in winning bids for SBU Participate in end-to-end bid management of medium-large deals.
Build reusable assets such as proposal templates/pricing models/approaches etc. to cut short the cycle time/effort of building response
Leads the Bids as the proposal coordinator working with Center of Excellences (COEs), SAP Practice Heads, Solution Architects and SMEs for solutioning.
What do you need to succeed?
BA or BS, preferably in English, Journalism, Business, Computer Science or similar degree.
Experience over 9+ Years working in similar field.
Experience in Proposal/Bid Management and RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) processes, organizing and managing winning proposals in response to request for proposals (RFPs).
Thorough experience in attending proposal kick-off meetings, participating in storyboarding sessions, attending review meetings / final document review, managing deal governance / sign off and delivery of the completed proposal.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to conceptualize and think creatively.
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Flexibility to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Time management, planning, multi-task and project management skills.
Attendance and schedule adherence are required for this position.
