Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to join the team onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City, working full-time with a night shift aligned to EST business hours. You will develop analytics, reporting, and data pipelines to drive customer insights and operational decisions.

The role requires 5–7 years in data analytics, strong SQL and Python skills, API experience, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in data analytics, data science, or analytics engineering.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct benchmarking studies using platform and external data.
• Develop customer-specific analyses of performance and health indicators.
• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure, data pipelines, and dashboards.
• Integrate data from internal and third‑party APIs.
• Write SQL queries and Python scripts for data cleaning and analysis.
• Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
