Nordic is hiring a Business Intelligence Developer to analyze, design, and implement BI solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics. You will craft data models, run complex SQL queries, and deliver insightful reports. The role emphasizes data governance, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining data integrity.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in data warehousing, strong SQL, and experience with visualization tools. A healthcare data background is a plus and travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years, preferably 3 years, in data warehouse and reporting.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with reporting/visualization tools.
• Healthcare data experience is a plus.
• Experience with Python is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create and support BI tools and reports, including physical data models and dimensional analyses.
• Design, code, test, and run SQL queries to provide information to users.
• Participate in data architecture and warehousing design and analysis.
• Develop data models and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Validate data integrity and monitor system performance across reports.
• Help drive the data warehouse using Azure Synapse Analytics from design to maintenance.
• Ensure consistency of reporting definitions across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with BI/IT/operations to drive data governance and insights.
