Job summary

Rustan Commercial Corporation, operating Ascot Chang shop-in-shop at Makati, seeks a Sales Advisor to deliver sales profit, exemplary customer service, and efficient merchandise management.

You will handle upselling, promotions, stock checks, and client relationship building; support admin reporting and ensure pristine store conditions; and foster loyalty program participation. Experience in bespoke fashion is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of understanding sales principles and customer service practices.
• Familiar with the business, systems, and procedures used in the Company.
• Good knowledge of market dynamics and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Probe customer needs and highlight product benefits to drive sales.
• Upsell, cross-sell and promote new products and launches.
• Endorse promotions to new and existing clients and manage gift wrapping.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper merchandising displays.
• Collect payments, assist with bagging and maintain store cleanliness.
• Encourage loyalty program sign-ups and telemarketing when appropriate.
• Submit monthly sales reports and keep daily checklists up to date.
• Maintain professional relations with clients and provide personalized service.
