Job summary

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate or relevant vocational course.
• At least 1 year working experience in a related field.
• Preferably 1-4 years' experience in manufacturing/production operations or equivalent.
• Must possess reasonable analytical skill.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that daily production plan of the laser cutting section is met and well documented.
• Ensures the quality of products being worked on, including deburring and finishing.
• Learns skills that will improve productivity.
• Ensures that proper tools and equipment is used in performing work-related tasks.
• Immediately reports to leadman, any abnormality or irregularity regarding items produced, tools, equipment, and processes.
• Observes production procedures related to safety and health at work.
• Able to suggest improvements in work productivity and product quality.
• Able to perform basic preventative maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Ensures 7s is maintained.
• Performs other related tasks from time to time.
