A leading consumer goods company in Mandaluyong is looking for a Technical Services Manager to develop and implement technical services strategies for beauty and eye wear products. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field and at least 7 years of experience in Technical Services or R&D within the beauty industry. Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills are essential. You will oversee product quality, compliance, and innovation initiatives within the supply chain division.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Services or R&D in the Beauty industry.
• Proven experience in product development and formulation.
• Knowledge of New Product Development process is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve technical processes and standards.
• Provide technical solutions to teams.
• Sign off on test protocols and specifications for products.
• Ensure proper risk assessment on new product development.
• Conceptualize cost-saving initiatives.

Education
