QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least college undergraduate or Senior High School graduate with relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in retail sales, ideally in beauty or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
  • Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse coordination is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Sales-oriented, attentive to detail, and committed to customer satisfaction.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Engagement & Sales:

  • Welcome customers and provide guidance on product choices and purchases.
  • Offer tailored beauty advice and product demonstrations when necessary.
  • Drive individual and store sales by utilizing effective selling strategies.
  • Highlight current promotions and introduce new product releases.

Inventory & Merchandising Support:

  • Monitor in-store stock and coordinate prompt restocking as needed.
  • Ensure all merchandise is correctly labeled, priced, and displayed per brand and visual guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to implement planograms and promotional setups.
  • Report slow-moving, expired, or damaged products to supervisors for resolution.

Warehouse & Stockroom Coordination:

  • Liaise with warehouse staff to manage deliveries and maintain organized backstock.
  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, and arranging incoming inventory.
  • Participate in stock audits and help with inventory transfers when necessary.

Store Upkeep & Compliance:

  • Keep sales areas, testers, and demo zones clean and organized.
  • Adhere to safety, hygiene, and visual merchandising protocols.
  • Support store opening and closing operations.
