Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cosmetology, makeup artistry, or skincare certification preferred but not mandatory.
• 1–2 years in beauty retail, sales or customer service, preferably in Watsons.
• Proficiency with POS systems, CRM tools, and basic inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through upselling and client follow-up.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales KPIs.
• Provide personalized beauty consultations and product demonstrations.
