GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is excited to announce an opening for a BDC/Auto Dealers Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers interested in our auto dealership services. Your primary focus will be to engage with potential clients, set appointments for test drives, service appointments, and consultations with our sales team, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to schedule appointments for our sales team
  • Respond to inbound inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing information about our vehicles and dealership services
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our inventory, specials, and financing options to effectively address customer questions
  • Document customer interactions, schedule appointments accurately, and follow up to confirm attendance
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and maximize conversion rates
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment-setting process
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a business development role, appointment setting, or sales in the automotive industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and appointment scheduling software is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment
