Job summary

Power 4 All, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Activation Specialist to promote and sell car battery products at assigned retail or exhibit locations, provide accurate product information, and support activation activities while upholding excellent customer service.

You will ensure proper product presentation, conduct demonstrations, handle inquiries, and strive to meet a daily quota of at least five batteries, contributing to the company’s growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Senior High School or Vocational courses.
• Proven experience in retail sales or as a sales representative.
• Outgoing and customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Able to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong product presentation, pricing, and labeling attention.
• Basic knowledge of inventory handling and stock monitoring.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell car battery products through field, booth, and online channels.
• Conduct flyering in activation booths, events, and other designated locations.
• Perform booth-related activities, including ingress/egress during activations and events.
• Ensure proper product presentation across all platforms (activation booths, events, flyering, online, telemarketing).
• Perform battery-related tasks such as testing, installation, replacement, and delivery per standards.
• Explain proper battery maintenance, safety precautions, and installation guidelines to customers.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and basic technical information.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate features, benefits, and usage.
• Support sales targets of at least five batteries per day and achieve quotas.
• Generate leads through field activities, flyering, and online channels with accurate data.
