POWER FOR ALL INCORPORATED invites you to join as Sales and Activation Specialist in Metro Manila. You will promote and sell car battery products through field, booth, and online channels, driving activations and demonstrations.

You will conduct flyering at events, manage booth operations, and ensure proper product presentation across channels. The role requires strong customer service, proactive engagement, and the ability to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Senior High School or Vocational courses.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Background in automotive products is an advantage but not required.
• Outgoing, energetic and proactive with a customer focus.
• Strong attention to detail in displays, pricing and labeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Basic knowledge of inventory handling and stock monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell car battery products through field, booth, and online channels
• Conduct aggressive flyering in activation booths, events and other locations
• Perform booth-related activities, including ingress and egress during activations and events
• Explain proper battery maintenance, safety precautions, and installation guidelines to customers
• Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and basic technical information
• Conduct product demonstrations and communicate features, benefits, and usage
• Generate leads through field activities, flyering, and online channels with accurate data gathering
• Maintain relationships and provide after-sales support during activations and events
