Job summary

ACCIONA in Infrastructure is seeking a Batching Plant Operator for the MCRP02 project in San Fernando, Pampanga. You will operate the batching plant control system, ensure precise batching, and monitor operations to guarantee concrete quality, while coordinating with QC and performing inspections.

The role requires 2–3 years of batching-plant experience, familiarity with production schedules and procedures, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in batching plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate the batching plant control system to produce concrete according to approved designs.
• Ensure accurate batching of raw materials.
• Monitor plant operations and batching parameters to maintain concrete quality.
• Perform pre-operation inspections of the batching plant.
• Coordinate with QC team to ensure concrete complies with specifications.
• Perform routine housekeeping and assist with preventive maintenance activities.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, batch tickets, and operating procedures.
• Basic knowledge of batching plant mechanical and electrical components.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.
