Job summary

Kaizen Gaming in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Pre Event Basketball Trader to join our expanding basketball trading team. You will price and publish odds, manage risk, and adjust markets in real time to deliver a best-in-class betting experience.

You will work with other traders to optimize pricing strategies, monitor customer betting patterns, and contribute to developing models while meeting individual KPIs across countries.

Qualifications

Passion for basketball with knowledge of EuroLeague and European leagues.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with core statistics knowledge.
Understanding of sports odds and betting mechanics.
Degree in a quantitative field would be an asset.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Trade basketball events with accurate pricing and best customer experience.
Odds pricing and end-to-end pricing for leagues and markets.
Risk management by monitoring liabilities to mitigate risk.
Monitor and adjust odds based on real-time activity.
Create and price markets to enhance Kaizen's offering.
Monitor customer betting patterns to identify risks.
Collaborate with traders to optimize pricing strategies.
Liaise with divisions to ensure trading excellence.
