Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Barista or food-service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of coffee and basic beverages is an advantage.

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of espresso preparation.
• Milk steaming and basic latte preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other menu items per company standards.
• Take orders accurately and provide friendly, professional service.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS system.
• Maintain clean and sanitary bar, equipment, and workstation.
• Check and maintain inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and supplies.
• Assist with opening and closing store procedures.
• Handle cash and customer payments accurately.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Ensure products are properly prepared, presented, and served.
• Address customer concerns politely and escalate major issues.
