Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related hospitality field.
• Previous Barista or Bartender experience is an advantage.
• Willing to learn both barista and bartending duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standards.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages when bartending duties are assigned.
• Take and prepare beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee and bar areas.
• Monitor beverage supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Coordinate with service team and kitchen for smooth operations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Perform other café and bar duties as assigned.
