Job Title: Service Crew/Barista – Kiosk Type Operation

Reports To: Store Supervisor / Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving products efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness in a kiosk-type setup. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in food kiosks or similar small-format service counters and is familiar with multitasking in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and handle transactions with accuracy and speed

• Prepare, assemble, and serve food or beverage items according to company standards

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the kiosk area (counter, equipment, utensils)

• Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines

• Restock ingredients, packaging, and other supplies as needed

• Assist in opening, closing, and daily maintenance tasks

• Upsell or recommend products to customers when appropriate

• Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with courtesy

• Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent

• Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year in a kiosk or quick-service environment

(e.g., food stall, beverage booth, food court setup)

Skills:

• Friendly and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Basic cash handling and POS system operation

• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices

Work Conditions:

• Stand for long hours

• Work in mall kiosks, food courts, or outdoor stalls

• Shift-based schedule, may include weekends and holidays

• Uniform and proper grooming required
