Job description

Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Cash Handling: Process customer payments, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain coffee-making equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and restocking as needed.
