Job summary

Metrobank is hiring a Customer Service Representative- Teller to handle cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and related banking activities with accuracy and integrity.

You will also process fund transfers, posting adjustments, and participate in outward clearing while promoting the bank’s products and services. Fresh graduates are welcome; business/finance graduates preferred, with strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate of business or finance course.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cash handling and processing of cash/check deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, closing of accounts; signature verification.
• Posts of all transaction adjustments to CA/SA terminal at the start of banking day.
• Accepts and processes various fund transfers and remittance payments.
• Handles outward clearing operations and promotes bank products and services.
