BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to handle over-the-counter transactions, deposits, withdrawals, remittances and related banking tasks in line with bank standards. The role focuses on accurate processing and customer service in Cavite South onsite.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (preferably Business) and is willing to work onsite. Fresh graduates are welcome; minimum one year branch operations experience is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• At least 1 year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates.
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in Cavite South Area.

Mansioni

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
