Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support branch control and compliance with banking standards. You will help batch and balance reports, vouch transactions, and process outward checks while ensuring GL accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with at least 18 accounting units, experience in branch banking operations is a plus but fresh graduates are welcome. Strong numerical, problem solving, and detailing skills with solid computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Batch and balance reports against posting media and source documents.
• Support vouching of CASA, TD, GL tickets and other slips.
• Prepare processing of outward checks and ensure GL entries are posted.
• Review GL reports and ensure compliance with bank policies.
