Job summary

Teleperformance seeks a Bank Teller to assist customers with banking transactions, answer account inquiries, and process requests while upholding policy and regulatory standards. You will verify customer information, maintain records, and help the team meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Open to undergraduates and graduates, including high school graduates, with excellent English communication and strong customer service skills. On-site role in Cebu City with weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months Bank Teller experience or related banking experience (non-BPO).
• Open to College Undergraduates, College Graduates, and High/Senior High School Graduates.
• Excellent English communication skills.
