About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Bank Teller to join the branch banking team at Equicom Savings Bank, Inc. in our Pasay City branch.

This is a full-time position that forms the cornerstone of our branch operations, directly serving our valued customers with professionalism and efficiency.

As a Bank Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling critical financial transactions and delivering exceptional service that reflects our commitment to excellence in retail banking. This role is essential to maintaining smooth branch operations and building lasting customer relationships.

What you'll be doing

• Processing customer deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently

• Receiving and verifying cheques, cash and other negotiable instruments in accordance with banking procedures and regulations

• Maintaining accurate transaction records and reconciling cash drawers at the end of each business day

• Providing knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding account information, available banking products and services

• Selling banking products such as savings accounts, investment products and other retail offerings to customers

• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell financial products and services based on customer needs

• Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner

• Adhering strictly to all banking regulations, compliance requirements and internal policies to ensure security and integrity of transactions

• Assisting with general administrative and clerical duties as required within the branch

• Maintaining a professional appearance and representing the bank's values at all times

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree, College Graduate, with banking or financial services training preferred

• Proven experience working as a bank teller or in a similar customer-facing retail role within financial services
