Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in Quezon City is seeking an Accounts and Bank Reconciliation Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, bank reconciliation, and financial accuracy. You will monitor cash movements, resolve discrepancies, and support accurate reporting while safeguarding company assets.

You will supervise reconciliation staff, ensure timely month-end close, and contribute to internal controls and audits by providing clear schedules and analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy required.
• CPA license is a plus but not mandatory.
• Minimum 3-5 years in accounting, reconciliation, or financial analysis.
• 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bank reconciliation activities and ensure accuracy of cash movements.
• Manage reconciliation of balance sheet accounts (cash, AR/AP, advances, accruals).
• Develop and enforce reconciliation procedures and internal control measures.
• Prepare reports for audits and support month-end/year-end closing.
